We are seeking a Regional QEHS Management Systems Manager to support and improve the effectiveness of our Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety Management Systems across multiple manufacturing locations. This role partners closely with site leadership to ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and maintain alignment with ISO standards and corporate requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Support implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Business Management System (BMS) across assigned manufacturing locations.
  • Partner with site leadership teams to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards and internal requirements.
  • Coordinate and support internal audits, external audits, and certification activities.
  • Lead corrective and preventive action processes and monitor completion of improvement initiatives.
  • Support management review activities and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist sites with risk assessments, investigations, nonconformances, customer complaints, and incident follow-up activities.
  • Ensure management system documentation remains accurate, current, and effectively controlled.
  • Participate in regional and corporate projects focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Perform assigned tasks in conformance with procedures and instructions established in the Business Management System (BMS) and in compliance with applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
