About the Role

Regional Property Supervisor to oversee and elevate a designated portfolio of apartment communities. In this role, you will execute core property management strategies, lead on-site teams, and implement the operational policies and practices necessary to meet and exceed budgeted financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Leadership: Inspect properties regularly and analyze financial, market, and operational reports to develop strategic action plans that achieve business performance goals.
  • Team Development: Interview, hire, train, and manage the performance of Community Managers, ensuring appropriate and adequate staffing levels across the portfolio.
  • Client & Owner Relations: Foster strong client satisfaction through timely financial reporting, ongoing communication, and urgent resolution of owner concerns or requests.
  • Market Strategy: Analyze market data and emerging trends to collaborate with managers on targeted marketing plans that drive occupancy and revenue growth.
  • Property Inspections & Capital Oversight: Conduct routine physical and safety inspections to ensure all communities meet established appearance standards; flag capital improvement needs as necessary.
  • Vendor & Contract Management: Research, negotiate, and monitor contracts with external vendors and contractors, processing invoices and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Administration: Complete essential human resources, financial, and administrative reporting and analysis as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of experience handling accounts receivable or accounts payable tasks.
  • Industry Knowledge: Direct experience within the property management industry is strictly required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Excel and Yardi Property Management Software is required.
  • Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Work Style: Highly organized, efficient, and capable of working independently with strong follow-through and accuracy.
