- Address tenant concerns and maintain positive tenant relationships.
- Collaborate with leasing teams to optimize property occupancy and tenant retention.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of property management regulations and market trends.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
