Qualifications

• 2-3 years as a Regional Property Manager
• Strong knowledge of the Orlando/Tampa market
• Advanced bookkeeping and general accounting skills
• Familiarity with legal responsibilities related to properties
• Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Knowledge of OneSite preferred; Ops Technology required
• Lease Up experience is essential
• Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio and motivate a sales team
• Create and nurture relationships with vendors and staff
• Develop and implement competitive marketing strategies
• Collaborate with owners on property goals and objectives
• Manage cost control, revenue maximization, and delinquency oversight
• Assist Community Managers with operating budgets and sales/marketing plans
• Maximize rental income effectively
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required reports
• Train and motivate team members to achieve sales targets
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge of all properties and competitors
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
