About the Role

Lead consistent, high-performing operations across multiple Physician Services practices while ensuring teams have the support, resources, and leadership needed to deliver exceptional patient care. As a Regional Practice Manager, you'll oversee administrative, scheduling, and supporting clinical office operations across your assigned locations, creating consistency in workflows while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. You'll serve as a key connection between practice teams and organizational leadership, helping each location operate efficiently while identifying opportunities to improve performance and support continued growth.

This role is ideal for an experienced healthcare operations leader who excels at developing teams, managing multiple locations, and creating consistency across complex operations. You'll oversee staffing and daily workflows, mentor and support practice-level leaders, resolve escalated concerns, lead meetings, and serve as a knowledgeable resource for Ethizo and other operational processes. Through a hands-on understanding of each practice, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on performance improvement, you'll help ensure every location operates to the same high standards while providing an exceptional experience for patients, providers, partners, and employees.

Location

• Home Office: One of the following
  • Grand Rapids, MI (strongly preferred)
  • Kalamazoo, MI (would need to work in Grand Rapids 2-3 days/week)
• Main Service Area: This position oversees the teams that cover the territories out of Grand Rapids, MI, Kalamazoo, MI, and Carmel, IN offices.

Hours

• Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 5 years healthcare experience
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and valid automobile insurance coverage

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, leadership, or organizational development

Essential Skills and Competencies

• Demonstrated interpersonal, supervisory, and management skills with ability to communicate effectively
• Demonstrates proven organizational development and project management
• Exhibits working knowledge of regulations and reimbursement within Part B Fee for Service or Physician Value Based contracting as well as proven leadership abilities

Pay Range

$100,000-$120,000 USD
