Whether you come from cinemas, retail, hospitality, restaurants, entertainment, or another fast-paced multi-unit environment, this role is ideal for a people leader who understands how great teams create great guest experiences.

As a Regional People & Culture Business Partner, you will provide hands-on HR partnership across a group of cinemas, supporting employee relations, leadership coaching, talent planning, compliance, change management, and employee experience. You will be part of a collaborative People & Culture team focused on consistent processes, scalable solutions, and strong partnerships with field operations.

What will you be doing?

  • Coach leaders through employee relations concerns with fairness, consistency, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
  • Conduct and document investigations thoroughly and professionally.
  • Support consistent application of company policies, legal requirements, and employment practices.
  • Help identify trends and recommend proactive solutions that reduce risk and improve the work environment.

Serve as a Strategic People Partner

  • Partner with Regional Directors and cinema leaders to align people strategies with operational goals.
  • Help leaders think through organizational needs, staffing, role clarity, leadership effectiveness, and team performance.
  • Support business initiatives and operational changes by helping leaders plan, communicate, and guide teams through transition.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to People & Culture Assistant support, where applicable.

Strengthen Culture and the Team Member Experience

  • Champion Regal's vision, values, and commitment to an inclusive and respectful workplace.
  • Partner with leaders to improve engagement, retention, communication, and the overall team member experience.
  • Use feedback, engagement insights, and operational trends to help leaders understand what is working and where improvement is needed.
  • Support recognition practices that connect team members to Regal's mission of sharing extraordinary experiences.

Drive Operational Team Excellence

  • Work closely with field leaders to understand staffing needs, talent gaps, turnover trends, and business priorities.
  • Visit cinemas strategically to support leaders, assess team dynamics, celebrate wins, and help improve execution.
  • Review people metrics such as turnover, staffing, engagement, and employee relations trends to identify opportunities and drive accountability.
  • Help create practical, field-friendly solutions that support consistent execution across locations.

Coach and Develop Leaders

  • Coach cinema and regional leaders on communication, coaching, accountability, engagement, and team leadership.
  • Support talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning for key roles.
  • Partner with leaders to identify training needs and build leadership capability.
  • Participate in leadership meetings, strategy discussions, and cross-functional projects that support the business.
