Job Description:
The Regional Leader owns the growth, client relationships, and performance of their region, running
it as a business while carrying Chapman & Co.'s culture into every engagement. As a senior member
of the leadership team, this role holds full accountability for the region's commercial results and the
development of its people, ensuring our truly human leadership culture remains a guiding light in
how we grow and how we serve. The Regional Leader is focused on building new client relationships
and growing the region's presence in a high-growth market, focused on where we have a right to win.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Grow the business — build the region's book through proactive outreach, market development,
and new client relationships, originating work where opportunity exists today.
• Lead client relationships — establish CCO as a trusted partner with new senior leaders in the
market, building relationships that turn into lasting work.
• Own regional performance — hold full accountability for the region's revenue, margin, and
growth, running the region as a business.
• Build and develop the team — grow regional bench strength so we scale without losing quality,
developing people toward their strengths.
• Bring operating discipline — create the rhythm and clarity that connects day-to-day execution to
the region's priorities and the firm's goals.
• Partner across the firm — work with the Centers of Excellence and fellow Regional Leaders to
operate as One Chapman & Co.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Experience — 12+ years of progressive leadership experience, including senior roles with full
financial and team accountability.
• Financial accountability — has owned a P&L, or led a function or business unit with comparable
financial and resource accountability.
• Business growth — a record of originating new business and building client relationships from
an early or standing start.
• Education — Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
