Moderate to heavy travel required to support practices in multiple states.What You'll Do- Lead and support multiple dental practices across the region.
- Drive operational excellence, financial performance, and quality patient care .
- Build strong relationships with providers, office managers, and team members.
- Oversee new acquisitions, expansions, and special projects.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team.
What We're Looking For- Proven leadership experience in multi-unit healthcare or dental operations (3-5 years).
- Strong strategic and financial management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to travel and stay engaged with practices in the field.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
