Full Job Description
Regional Nurse Manager, Leominster

CSO is looking for a Regional Nurse Manager.

This position will provide leadership and supervision for agency nursing staff, and collaborate with and provide integrative consultation to program staff. This position will also provide evaluation services for program clients as needed.

Starting salary: $83,000-$88,000/year

As a Regional Nurse Manager:

You Will:

  • Oversee the provision of health status reviews, monitoring and evaluation services for clients; evaluate or assist in the evaluation of clients in need of emergency treatment services for possible hospitalization
  • Provide clinical and administrative training to nurses and relief nurses as necessary
  • Provide, and support the provision of health education for clients as part of treatment team; provide backup coverage within programs as needed
  • Work directly with the VP of Medical Integration/Chief Nursing Officer on targeted, agency-wide development initiatives
  • Develop, implement and evaluate new or revised policies and procedures aimed at addressing existing or emerging needs
  • Participate in ongoing in-service training for the purpose of maintaining, developing, and sharing clinical skills

Your Background:

  • Licensed in Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred)
  • Three years' experience treating adults with serious mental illness and some experience treating adolescents and children (preferred)
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
