Qualifications

• Board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
• Licensed, or willing to obtain state license.
• Experience with interventional treatment techniques, especially TMS.
• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
• Unencumbered DEA and clean criminal record required.
• U.S. citizenship or Green Card needed.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Chief Medical Officer.
• Maintain outpatient clinical practice with various treatment options.
• Manage regional psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners.
• Oversee onboarding and training policies for new providers.
• Participate in the hiring and selection of clinical staff.
• Lead and mentor medical staff in a supportive environment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in clinical operations.
• Develop regional strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage regional budgets for effective resource allocation.
• Implement healthcare policies and procedures across the region.
• Communicate with stakeholders including physicians and staff.
• Analyze healthcare data to identify trends for improvement.
