Role Overview

The Regional Marketing Lead is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies within the assigned region to increase brand awareness, generate demand, drive lead generation, and support revenue growth. This is a hands-on role designed for a resourceful and self-motivated marketer who thrives as an individual contributor. The position has no direct reports and requires strong collaboration with global and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement regional marketing plans aligned with global strategy and business objectives.
  • Adapt global campaigns to local market needs, ensuring relevance and effectiveness. Collaborate with global teams to localize content for regional audiences.
  • Identify regional growth opportunities through market analysis and customer insights.

Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns (digital, events, content, partnerships).
  • Manage the full campaign lifecycle from concept through execution to performance analysis.
  • Create and adapt marketing assets including emails, landing pages, presentations, and social media content.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning across all channels.
  • Plan and execute regional events, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth

  • Partner closely with sales teams to support lead generation and pipeline development.
  • Design and execute targeted programs to create qualified leads and conversions.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and key marketing metrics.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as the key marketing point of contact for regional sales and business teams.
  • Work closely with the Global Head of Marketing to align priorities and performance.
  • Coordinate with central marketing functions (brand, digital, product marketing).

Budget Management

  • Manage the regional marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Track spend and report on ROI across initiatives.


Key Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent degree obtained outside the United States.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in a marketing role within a regional or field marketing capacity in pharmaceutical or science-related industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute marketing programs end-to-end with full ownership.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing, demand generation, and campaign analytics.
  • Strong content development, copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience creating high-impact presentations and executive communications.
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or similar tools.
  • Experience using Canva or similar design tools is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of AI-enabled productivity and content creation tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, Adobe AI tools, or equivalent platforms.
  • Experience working in a global organization with distributed teams.
  • Ability to travel within the region up to 30% of the time.
