Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in multi-site sales training and/or management role.
• Knowledge of senior housing, home health care, and/or hospice services.
• Proven sales management skills with multi-site experience preferred.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with General Manager and regional sales leaders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Implement systematic sales development strategies for RSMs, MDMs, and AEs.
• Collaborate with operations to enhance brand visibility and establish referral relationships.
• Communicate sales goals and professional standards effectively throughout the organization.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in sales activities.
• Stay informed on industry trends and company services to leverage competitive advantages.
