Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Empower employees through leadership, mentorship, and guidance, identifying training needs and fostering skill development.
  • Encourage Ownership, accountability, inclusivity, and professionalism, while highlighting individual contributions and promoting team input.
  • Monitor KPIs to assess customer satisfaction and team performance, proactively addressing needs with a focus on Ownership and transparency.
  • Manage objectives effectively, collaborate with leaders to allocate resources, balance workloads, and streamline processes for enhanced efficiency and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on Care, ensuring satisfaction through regular surveys and audits.
  • Support regional growth by building customer pipelines, delivering tailored solutions and actively participating in sales presentations and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and safety requirements, and collaborate with HR to uphold fair and ethical practices in performance management.
  • Foster open communication to encourage collaboration, feedback, and Transparency.
  • Serve as a role model for integrity, ethical decision-making, creative problem-solving and professionalism, consistently demonstrating Honesty.
  • Address escalated customer inquiries with a focus on Care, ensuring timely resolutions and thorough reporting.
  • Execute progressive disciplinary action and termination requests, clearly documenting employee performance issues and corrective action.

  • The Regional Manager is expected to spend approx. 80% of their time travelling to various sites within their branches, and reliable transportation is required
  • The employee must, on occasion, support, train or demonstrate inspection processes as needed
  • Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • This role requires the use of safety equipment including, but not limited to, eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots, gloves, and hardhats.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
