Full Job Description
As the Regional Manager, Partnerships at Avis Budget Group, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships across the region. You will be responsible for expanding our network of partnerships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful execution of regional partnership programs. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of mobility solutions in collaboration with industry-leading partners.

Salary range - $80,000 - $85,000 (yearly).

What you'll do:
  • Identify, initiate, and nurture relationships with potential partners to expand Avis Budget Group's reach and capabilities.
  • Manage client contracts, renewals, and negotiations to ensure mutual satisfaction and adherence to terms.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within the company.
  • Develop account plans and strategies to achieve client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth targets.
  • Effectively communicate with clients through regular meetings, emails, and phone calls to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with legal and business development teams to negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue generation from partnerships, including upsell opportunities and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize partnership outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align partnership initiatives with company objectives.
  • Ensure all partnerships adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Solid understanding of the tour market both domestically as well as internationally.
  • Strong knowledge of packaging, merchandising, and digital marketing strategy


What we're looking for:
  • Bilingual in French, is an asset
  • 5 years of experience in partnerships within the travel sector - preferred
  • Experience working in travel, leisure, hospitality companies is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing - preferred
  • Excellent spoken English - able to engage, persuade and close partnerships.
  • Excellent organizational skills (planning, goal setting, attention to detail).
  • Partner-first mentality and a passion to help your stakeholders succeed while creating win-win relationships
  • Track record of closing win-win partnership deals with concrete results.
