We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager - Nursing Home Food Service to oversee dining operations across multiple facilities, ensuring financial performance, regulatory compliance, staffing, client relationships and operational results.

The Regional Food Service Manager provides leadership, support, and operational oversight to multiple food service departments. This role partners with Food Service Directors and facility leadership to drive excellence in culinary operations, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and team development.

Regional Manager Nursing Home Food Service Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support and leadership to multiple healthcare facilities.
  • Mentor and develop Food Service Directors and department teams.
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations, including sanitation and food safety standards.
  • Monitor food quality, resident satisfaction, and service excellence.
