Full Job Description
Job Summary:

The Regional Manager supports and executes strategies related to property management operations by directing the team members on the assigned portfolio of properties. Additionally, the Regional Manager will implement the policies, procedures, and practices that enable each property to meet and exceed budgeted financial goals and achieve operational performance objectives.

Position Details:
  • Full-Time Salary Position
  • Compensation: $105,000-$125,000 salary plus Annual Bonus
  • Scattered-site and multi-owner management experience required


Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Operational Performance
  • Ensure all properties within the portfolio meet or exceed budgeted financial goals, including NOI, occupancy rates, and revenue targets.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as rent growth, lease renewal percentages, and expense control, providing guidance to achieve desired results.
  • Conduct regular property visits to assess operations, identify areas for improvement, and support onsite teams in implementing solutions.

Leadership & Team Development
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop Property Managers and onsite teams to build high-performing, results-oriented teams.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team training to align with company objectives and foster professional growth.
  • Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members, ensuring clarity of expectations and accountability.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and excellence across the portfolio.

Policy & Compliance
  • Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and industry regulations to ensure operational consistency.
  • Oversee compliance with Fair Housing laws, safety regulations, and property standards.
  • Support the rollout of new company initiatives, including technology adoption and new process.

Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Collaborate with leadership on annual budgets, operating plans, and strategic initiatives for the assigned portfolio.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve property performance and develop actionable strategies.
  • Support the execution of capital improvement projects and operational enhancements.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or the equivalent of education and experience
  • Progressive responsibility in multi-family, with 10+ years of experience at the scattered, multi-site level managing a large team
  • Third-party management preferred
  • Strong knowledge of computers and technology including cloud-based software and applications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
  • Valid driver's license and no major moving violations
  • Dependable transportation
