The Opportunity

The Regional Manager provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and people development across a portfolio of branch locations within their assigned region. This role is responsible for driving business performance, ensuring a consistent and high-quality client experience, and building strong, engaged teams. Working closely with senior leadership, the Regional Manager translates organizational goals into regional execution through sound business planning, relationship-building, and a hands-on approach to coaching and development.

This position is well-suited for a motivated, relationship-focused leader who thrives in a dynamic, multi-location environment and is committed to developing people and growing the business.

What You'll Bring to Our Team
  • Minimum 5 years of insurance brokerage experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing or leading a department or branch.
  • Level 2 General Insurance License required.
  • Industry designations (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or CRM) considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively across multiple locations.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.


A Day in the Life

Business Development
  • Execute an annual regional business plan with a focus on new business growth, client retention, branch expansion, and the introduction of new lines of business.
  • Monitor P&L statements and take corrective action as needed to ensure performance targets are met.
  • Assess local market conditions to identify current and prospective opportunities for client acquisition and growth.
  • Actively engage in the local business and industry community to build a network that strengthens branch presence and organizational reputation.
  • Champion a culture of client excellence, inspiring teams to deliver a consistently exceptional and memorable client experience.


Talent Management
  • Drive high employee engagement through recruiting, performance management, talent development, and career planning.
  • Foster a positive, growth-oriented work environment that attracts, retains, and motivates high-performing talent.
  • Support team members in reaching their highest performance potential through ongoing coaching and development conversations.
  • Identify and develop future leadership talent at the Supervisor, Lead, and Manager levels.
  • Champion a culture of continued learning and professional development across the region.


Operations
  • Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of assigned branches, including leadership of support staff, P&L management, and adherence to corporate branding standards.
  • Ensure consistent execution of established processes, service standards, and operational best practices across all locations.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify and implement opportunities for operational improvement and efficiencies.
  • Support additional regional projects and initiatives as required.


Salary Expectations -

The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope, and level.
