Dental Regional Manager to oversee multiple dental locations, support operational excellence, and lead teams toward achieving business and patient care goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, dental practice management experience, and a passion for developing high-performing teams while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations and performance of assigned dental practices
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to office managers and dental teams
- Drive practice growth through effective operational strategies and performance improvement initiatives
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans to achieve goals
- Partner with clinical and administrative teams to improve efficiency, workflow, and patient satisfaction
- Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and development of team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
- Build strong relationships with providers, staff, and leadership teams
- Travel between assigned dental locations as needed
Qualifications- Proven experience in dental management, multi-location healthcare operations, or a related leadership role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Experience managing teams and driving operational results
- Knowledge of dental practice workflows and patient service operations preferred
- Ability to motivate teams and create a positive, accountable work environment
