Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance of assigned dental practices.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to office managers and teams.
• Drive practice growth through operational strategies and improvement initiatives.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and development of team members.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and industry standards.
