The Opportunity

We are looking for a Regional Manager to lead and support a portfolio of dental clinics in the British Columbia region in Canada. Reporting to the Senior Director, Operations, this individual will provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to Clinic Managers and Office Managers.

As a key operational leader, you will drive performance in patient experience, financial results, operational excellence, and team engagement to ensure exceptional care delivery while supporting sustainable growth. This is a remote position aligned to our Toronto Support Centre, with regular travel required within the region.

Who You Are

You are an innovative, service-oriented business leader who thrives in a high-growth organization that enables the best to become even better. You bring experience in multi-site operations management - ideally within dental or healthcare - and understand how to balance performance, patient experience, and talent development.

You have a growth mindset, always looking beyond the status quo to improve performance and remove barriers. You are equally comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and leading independently within your region. Driven by excellence, you take pride in developing strong leaders, optimizing operations, and delivering measurable results.

  • A strong leader who coaches and develops high-performing Clinic Managers

  • A business-minded operator with strong financial acumen and P&L understanding

  • A relationship builder who earns credibility with partners and clinic teams

  • Comfortable leading change and operating in a fast-growing, complex environment

  • Results-oriented, with a disciplined approach to operational execution

What You Do

Clinic Leadership and Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Clinic Managers and Office Managers

  • Set clear performance expectations aligned to objectives and key results (OKRs)

  • Build leadership capability and succession strength across the region

  • Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration by bringing "Brilliant Together" to life across clinics and the Support Centre

  • Identify and develop leadership potential within clinic teams

Patient Experience and Quality of Care

  • Promote a patient-centered culture that delivers consistent, high-quality care

  • Partner with Lead Dentists and clinical leaders to support clinical excellence initiatives

  • Ensure efficient appointment planning, coordination, and flow to deliver exceptional experiences

  • Take ownership of escalated patient concerns and support resolution as needed

  • Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements and provincial standards

  • Complete annual facility condition reports in partnership with cross-functional teams

Operational Planning and Execution

  • Partner with Clinic Managers and Lead Dentists to develop annual goals and execution plans

  • Analyze key performance indicators to identify revenue growth and operational improvement opportunities

  • Drive performance in patient engagement, hygiene production, pricing strategy, and workforce management

  • Implement Support Centre programs, policies, and operational standards

  • Act as a change agent by helping clinics navigate growth and transformation

  • Conduct regular clinic visits to reinforce operating standards and identify improvement opportunities

  • Support the seamless integration of new clinics in partnership with integration and training teams

Financial Performance

  • Own regional financial performance (P&L)

  • Coach Clinic Managers on revenue forecasting, budgeting, and workforce optimization

  • Review and strengthen workforce management, payroll approvals, and cost discipline

  • Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews

Administrative Partnership

  • Ensure Clinic Managers effectively oversee day-to-day administrative functions

  • Strengthen collaboration between clinics and Support Centre teams

  • Promote accountability for payroll, scheduling, reporting, banking operations, and accounts receivable

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in multi-site management, preferably in dental or healthcare

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Services Management, Dental Administration, or a related field is considered an asset

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities

  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI analysis

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Knowledge of dental industry regulatory and compliance standards

  • Agile leadership style with strong prioritization and execution skills

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently within the region

What You Get and Give

It's not just our leading-edge technology or world-class treatments that set us apart (although our people are fortunate to benefit from both). Here, real opportunities for growth require real commitment. You will be challenged to continually stretch yourself - to expand your skills, learn new things, and push the boundaries of what the very best in dentistry can achieve. In return, you will be supported by a national team that is just as ambitious as you are, and by an entrepreneurial culture that values wellness as much as new ideas and fast decisions.

This is your chance to experience the future of dentistry today. Guided by a purpose that is shaping the industry, and supported by a network committed to bringing it to life, this is where you will go further, stay ahead, and grow beyond what you thought possible.

The salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,000 CAD annually, plus bonus eligibility and a comprehensive total rewards package. Offers within this range are determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations. This job posting is for an existing vacancy.
