Full Job Description
Due to rapid growth, American Landmark Apartments is currently seeking an experienced, motivated and hands on Senior Regional Manager to oversee our portfolio of Class A+, multi-family communities located in San Antonio, TX!

We are committed to asset enhancement through superior personnel, meticulous maintenance, and revenue enhancement. Timely and accurate information management forms the foundation for the Regional Community Manager 's objectives.

As Regional Manager, you will assist in the development and monitoring of company policies and procedures related to American Landmark. You will recruit, train, develop, and supervise Community Managers and share responsibility for maintaining the physical asset and performance of assigned properties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Travel to properties as needs arrive to assist in the day-to-day operations of the properties, property condition and overall staffing support and mentoring
  • Resolve resident relation issues. Inspect properties to ensure the highest standards are maintained; evaluate maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping operations in areas of efficiency Coach, mentor and train conflict management to portfolio associates
  • Lead the team to provide above and beyond customer service to all residents and prospects
  • Build, monitor and make recommendations on budget performance and prepare monthly or quarterly summary reports of same
  • Assist and monitor with Lead Prospect Management Systems
  • Assist in innovative and effective marketing campaigns
  • Assist the team in executing the business plan of each property
  • Responsible for always ensuring a professional appearance and attitude for yourself and all property employees
  • Responsible for the thorough knowledge, implementation and enforcement of all policies and procedures of American Landmark and its affiliated companies; ensuring through constant supervision and review that all personnel in all departments are operating within those regulation
  • Oversight of the leasing of the property; through supervision of the office and leasing personnel that all sales techniques and methods required by the management company are being used effectively and in a professional manner
  • Oversight for ensuring that all personnel respond to resident requests or complaints in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner
  • Responsible for generating various reports, i.e., Company-required reports and as request from the Corporate Management
  • Responsible for maintaining a resident retention program, i.e., newsletter, resident referral program or social activities
  • Responsible for ensuring that all personnel in all departments always operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies
  • Responsible for reporting any unusual, extraordinary circumstances regarding the residents or the property
  • Responsible for seeking educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development.
  • Other projects and responsibilities as assigned by Management

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • College degree preferred
  • The CAM and/or CPM certification is highly recommended
  • Minimum 4 years working in the apartment industry in an equivalent role
  • The willingness to deliver excellent customer service as an important part of the community team providing a high-quality living environment
  • A team player with a positive attitude is a must.
  • Awareness of community curb appeal, maintaining work area and office area in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Always maintain professional appearance and attitude.
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, the Internet, and RealPage/LRO management software.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
