Luxor Healthcare is seeking a
Regional Maintenance Director to oversee its Saint Louis region across multiple skilled nursing communities.
Experience - Regional Maintenance Director:- Experience working in/with SNF communities
Responsibilities - Regional Maintenance Director:- Responsible for all aspects of the physical plant
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the maintenance program
- Proactive with preventative maintenance to ensure asset longevity and equipment functionality
- Manage and maintain a realistic budget for supplies, materials, and vendor expenses (routine and non-routine)
- Maintain working knowledge of current DOH and CMS regulations and requirements
- Participate in the Safety Program
- Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical systems, and low voltage
- Support all buildings by collaborating with Maintenance Directors, Administrators, and Regional Team Members
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Report discrepancies in assigned areas to department supervisor
