Regional Human Resources Manager Skilled Nursing

🌟 Position Overview

Were looking for a dynamic and compassionate Regional Human Resources Manager to support our skilled nursing facilities across multiple locations. This role is ideal for an HR leader who understands the fast-paced, highly regulated nature of long-term care and is committed to building strong teams that deliver exceptional resident care.

As the Regional HR Manager, youll partner closely with facility administrators, DONs, and corporate leadership to strengthen workforce stability, ensure compliance, and foster a culture where employees feel valued and supported.

🧭 Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations & Workforce Support
• Serve as the primary HR advisor for multiple skilled nursing facilities.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, corrective action, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
• Support leaders in building positive, engaged, and retention-focused workplace cultures.
• Strengthen onboarding, orientation, and retention programs to improve workforce stability.

Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, including those specific to long-term care.
• Support facilities during surveys, audits, and investigations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and HR records in alignment with regulatory standards.

Training, Coaching & Development
• Provide leadership coaching to administrators, department heads, and supervisors.
• Facilitate training on HR policies, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Support annual performance evaluations and ongoing staff development initiatives.

HR Operations & Organizational Support
• Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, staffing levels, and employee engagement.
• Partner with corporate HR on benefits, compensation, and organizational initiatives.
• Lead change-management efforts for new systems, policies, or organizational priorities.
