Full Job Description
Regional Human Resources Director - South Jersey

Complete Care Management is seeking an experienced Regional Human Resources Director to support our skilled nursing and long-term care facilities throughout South Jersey.

The Regional HR Director will work closely with facility leadership and HR teams to provide guidance, support employee relations, strengthen retention, and ensure consistent HR practices across the region.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Administrators and facility HR teams on day-to-day HR matters.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, performance management, and company policies.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, retention, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coach and support facility HR Directors and HR teams.
  • Monitor HR trends and assist facilities with identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies.
  • Support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
  • Assist facility leadership with workforce and employee-related challenges.
  • Travel regularly throughout assigned South Jersey facilities.
