Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading Talent Acquisition at scale in North America, preferably in logistics or transportation
• Proven track record in managing complex, high-volume hiring across multiple product lines
• Experience in operational site launches and rapid business expansions
• In-depth knowledge of the North American labor market and driver recruitment
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior leaders
• Proficient in designing scalable TA operating models and processes
• Data-driven with experience leveraging insights for performance enhancement
• Leadership experience in building and developing high-impact TA teams
• Desirable experience in large-scale unionized environments

• Lead and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team across North America
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Contract Logistics aligned with business growth
• Execute high-volume hiring for warehouses and driver populations effectively
• Oversee TA delivery for new site launches, ensuring project management and timely hiring
• Collaborate with business and HR leaders to translate staffing needs into hiring strategies
• Act as an advisor to senior stakeholders on hiring decisions and workforce planning
• Drive standardization and optimization of TA processes for compliance and scalability
