Pay Range: $111,267.00 - $148,371.00
Responsible for municipal business development and relationship management. Focus on generating new business, expanding existing portfolios, and delivering government banking solutions within established strategy and pricing guidelines. Provides strategic leadership within the municipal banking sector through market expertise, client advocacy, collaboration, and business development excellence.
Education and Experience:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of government banking or municipal lending experience.
- Supervisory experience 1-2 years is preferred.

- Understanding of municipal finance. Strong knowledge of municipal banking regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong knowledge of General Municipal Law and Local Finance Law.
- Acumen in bonding and investment securities regulations relating to municipal banking.
- Expertise in Municipal RFPs and contracts. Understanding of Bank policies and appropriate Federal and State regulations pertinent to Municipal finance and Municipal banking.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong credit and analytical skills.
- Strong negotiating skills.
- Leverages deep market knowledge and consultative selling skills to uncover client needs, expand relationships, generate new municipal business, and achieve revenue growth objectives.
Tasks Performed:- 45% Develop new municipal business and manage client relationships; drive deposit and loan growth.
- 15% Collaborate/Mentor with municipal RMs to structure and price municipal solutions for more complex relationships.
- 20% Provide leadership/mentorship through proactive partnership with colleagues, acting as a trusted resource to support client success, team objectives, and market growth.
- 10% Support underwriting, proposals, and RFP responses.
- 5% Provide client service, issue resolution, and relationship support.
- 5% Other Duties as assigned.
