Full Job Description
Salary Range: $83,000-$122,100

The Regional Fulfillment Center Operations Manager will lead and develop an internal team of Operations Analysts with holistic oversight of third-party fulfillment operations. This position has responsibility for leading business objectives, ensuring appropriate prioritization of volume to meet business deadlines, performance management of direct reports and delivery of feedback to third-party businesses and associates, leading continuous improvement projects, and fostering financial literacy.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with cross-functional logistics teams, third-party service providers and key internal partners across the logistics network to drive business initiatives.
• Build culture of accountability via management of contractual-defined Key Performance Indicators.
• Communication of business-critical objectives to third-party service providers.
• Tactical guidance for capacity planning, including Seasonal/Monthly/Weekly Volume Forecasting, Daily Processing and Prioritization Expectations, and Load Planning/Coordination with Outbound Transportation, as necessary.
• Build out new processes to expand capacities and/or flow volume externally as risk mitigation.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for cost reduction, providing thoughtful recommendations & solutions.
• Alignment of 3PL capacities and internal BBW expenses to budgeted financial targets.
• Project Management of seasonal departmental Initiatives in line with enterprise-wide demands.
• Lead and/or support talent-based initiatives such as performance reviews, quarterly check-ins, cross-training, execution of development plans, succession planning, and AOS action planning.
• Focusing on Damage Reduction and Value Added Services ( VAS ) with a Consumer First Formula focus front of mind.
• Managing supply inventory for the entire direct network and looking for optimizations

Qualifications
• Hybrid Work Model (In Office on Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday; WFH on Monday/Friday)
• Ability to travel (Quarterly)
• Demonstrated interpersonal, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong financial literacy and ability to manage detailed budgets
• Previous experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
