Qualifications

• 3-5 years of food service management experience, ideally in healthcare or long-term care.
• Experience managing multiple sites is preferred.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, sanitation standards, and food service compliance.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with a focus on coaching.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and food service management software.
• ServSafe Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and leadership across multiple healthcare facilities.
• Mentor and develop Food Service Directors and their teams.
• Ensure compliance with health and food safety regulations.
• Monitor food quality, resident satisfaction, and overall service excellence.
• Manage food and labor costs to meet budgetary goals.
• Conduct facility audits and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new Food Service Directors.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
