TITLE: Regional IFS ManagerLOCATION: Middleburg Heights, OHTRAVEL: Up to 25%, regionalABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced IFS Regional Operations Manager to oversee integrated facilities management operations across assigned client accounts and/or regions. This leadership role is responsible for managing facility operations, staff, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring high-quality service delivery and contract compliance.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, facilities/maintenance expertise, and business acumen to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Lead daily facilities operations, repair, and maintenance activities across assigned accounts.
- Manage budgets, operating costs, financial reporting, and subcontractor/vendor performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding facilities operations and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with client contracts, service standards, and safety requirements.
- Develop and maintain emergency response, preventative maintenance, and operational plans.
- Hire, train, mentor, and manage maintenance and operations staff.
- Conduct inspections and quality reviews of facilities and maintenance work.
- Negotiate change orders, additional work, and subcontractor agreements as needed.
- Support business development by identifying new opportunities within client accounts.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent facilities/operations management experience considered.
- 5+ years of facilities, operations, or maintenance management experience.
- Previous leadership/supervisory experience required.
- Strong budgeting, financial, and contract management skills.
- Knowledge of commercial building operations and maintenance practices.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
