Regional Facilities Manager

Location: We are open to hiring in any of the following locations: Tucson, Tulsa, El Paso, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Miami Lakes

Employment Type: Full Time

Reporting to: Facilities Director

HERE'S WHAT THE JOB REALLY LOOKS LIKE

The Regional Facilities Manager is responsible for the planning and operational management of all physical sites supporting the company's call center operations. This role ensures facilities are safe, efficient, scalable, and designed to enable high-performance customer service delivery across all locations. The Manager will oversee maintenance, space planning, vendor management, capital projects, and workplace experience initiatives.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Facilities Leadership
  • Lead facilities operations across multiple call center sites.
  • Partner with senior leadership to ensure physical environments support productivity, employee engagement, and service levels.
  • Establish facility standards, policies, and best practices across all locations.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

Operations & Maintenance
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including maintenance, repairs, janitorial services, building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and chairs.
  • Ensure all facilities operate efficiently with minimal disruption to call center operations.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize asset life and reduce downtime.

Space Planning & Workplace Design
  • Collaborate with WF and Operations to design workspace solutions that optimize seat utilization, scheduling models (e.g., hybrid/onsite staff), and workflow.
  • Manage space planning for call center floors, training rooms, and support areas.
  • Ensure ergonomic and compliance standards are met for high-density contact center environments.

Vendor & Contract Management
  • Negotiate and manage service contracts for facilities vendors, including cleaning, security, maintenance, and utilities.
  • Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining high service levels.
  • Monitor vendor performance and compliance with SLAs.

Compliance, Safety & Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations (OSHA, building codes, fire safety, ADA).
  • Lead workplace safety programs and emergency preparedness planning (business continuity, disaster recovery for call center operations).
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure risk mitigation.

Budgeting & Financial Management
  • Develop and manage facilities budgets.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality or employee experience.
  • Track and report on key financial metrics and ROI for facility investments.

Business Continuity & Call Center Support
  • Ensure facilities support uninterrupted call center operations, including backup power, redundancy, and contingency plans.
  • Partner with IT and Operations to maintain uptime and operational resilience.
  • Support rapid response to outages, emergencies, or operational disruptions.


Qualifications

WHAT'LL SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS

Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5-8+ years of progressive facilities management experience, including multi-site responsibility.
  • Experience supporting high-density environments such as call centers, operations centers, or large office sites.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and facility operations.

Preferred
  • Experience in customer service or BPO/call center environments.
  • Certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager), FMP, or LEED.
  • Experience managing geographically distributed facilities.

Work Environment
  • Multi-site responsibility, including regular travel to call center locations.
  • Fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment where uptime and reliability are critical.
  • May require availability outside standard business hours for emergencies or major projects.
  • 70-100% travel in the United States.
  • Locations: San Antonio, Corpus Christi, El Paso, Tucson, Tulsa or Miami Lakes.
