What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Regional Executive Director, you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the Assisted Living communities by achieving and maintaining targeted occupancy goals, and for the supervision and development of all employees. You will ensure that the services provided exceed customer needs and expectations, as well as oversee day-to-day activities.

  • Bachelor's degree in related field required
  • Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community at large

  • Minimum of three years of experience in an operational setting
  • Must have prior sales experience
  • Must possess a high level of tact, sensitivity, and professionalism
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
