Your Title: Regional EH&S Manager
Your Location: Cincinnati, Ohio or Chicago, Illinois (Hybrid)
You Will Report To: Regional EHS Director, West NOAM
Responsibilities
• Be the primary Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) resource for Taste & Wellbeing and Fragrance & Beauty manufacturing and commercial sites in the West NOAM Region.
• Partner with site leadership and local EH&S teams to implement regional EH&S strategies and programs.
• Support sites in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating environmental, health, and safety risks.
• Promote compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and Givaudan EH&S standards.
• Manage the deployment and continuous improvement of EH&S management systems, standards, and tools.
• Maintain accurate EH&S documentation and encourage consistent processes across multiple locations.
• Support site audits, certifications, and assurance activities while helping implement corrective actions.
• Develop regional EH&S reporting and performance measurements.
• Support sites in the investigation of workplace injuries and high-risk events, supporting root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing by promoting best practices across regional sites.
Your Professional Profile Includes
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Health & Safety, or a related field.
• 10+ years of Environmental, Health & Safety experience, including at least 5 years supporting manufacturing operations.
• Applicable country-specific EH&S certifications or professional qualifications.
• Experience with hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control methodologies.
• Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, Process Safety Management, auditing practices, and EH&S management systems.
• Experience with emergency management programs and occupational health and safety practices.
• Experience using EH&S digital systems and reporting tools.
• Support projects and collaborate across multiple organizational levels.
• Professional proficiency in English.
Compensation and Benefits
The established salary range for this position is $140,000-$170,000k. Actual compensation will depend on individual qualifications.
