Qualifications

• Flexibility to travel extensively within assigned regions.

• EPA certification is preferred.
• Electrical experience is preferred.
• Equipment troubleshooting and repair experience is required.
• Prior healthcare maintenance experience is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills are necessary.
• Proficient computer skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and coaching to maintenance departments to ensure compliance with standards.
• Train staff on the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Review contractor proposals and advise on project scope and pricing.
• Manage contractors throughout projects and inspect completed work.
• Conduct thorough facility audits for safety and maintenance evaluations.
• Interpret technical documentation related to facility operations.
• Perform maintenance repairs and serve as Maintenance Supervisor when needed.
• Respond quickly to facility emergencies and urgent maintenance issues.
• Maintain effective communication through calls and emails.
• Participate in regional meetings and training sessions as required.
• Implement company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Complete projects and reports accurately and on time.
• Assist in maintaining safe and functional environments.
