  • Collaborate closely with Home Office partners in sales, marketing, wellness, human resources, finance, dining, life enrichment, and wellness services.
  • Analyze operational metrics and financial reports to identify trends, solve problems, and drive results.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, referral partners, investors, and community stakeholders.
  • Travel regularly throughout the region to provide hands-on support and leadership.

What Success Looks Like
  • Strong occupancy and census growth
  • Healthy resident and family satisfaction scores
  • Engaged, stable leadership teams with improved retention

  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and coaching skills.
  • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on leadership approach.
  • The ability to navigate complexity, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions.
  • A passion for serving older adults and creating exceptional experiences.

Qualifications
