Responsibilities

Lead the Human resources team in their regional and building relationships with hospital leadership and regional leaders.
Assist in planning, organizing, and directing all aspects of Human Resources management in such a manner as to ensure fair and equitable treatment of all employees and compliance with all PAM Health policies and procedures and legal aspects of employee/employer relationships.
Serve as a resource to the HR team, member of management, and employees.
Analyze data to optimize the efficiency and productivity of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and off-boarding.
Oversee the management of HR to applicable region.
The role will also require 75% or more travel to multiple hospitals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. Extensive related HR experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
Three years of health care human resources experience preferred.
