The Regional Director of Engineering will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and technical support for all engineering and facilities needs at each of the properties within the Peregrine Portfolio.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Strategic and operational leadership for all activities involved in planning, developing, operating, and maintaining buildings and grounds.
- Oversee facility conditions, preventive maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with internal teams to plan and execute capital projects.
- Partner with ownership and finance teams to prioritize projects and optimize ROI.
- Ensure all properties are compliant with local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations.
- Oversee key vendor relationships, maintenance contracts, and service agreements across the region.
- Drive sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
