About the Role:

The Regional Director of Business Development for HMG plays a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding the organization's presence within the skilled nursing sector across the North Western areas of Texas. This leadership position is responsible for developing and executing strategic business development plans that align with corporate objectives and market opportunities. The role requires building and nurturing strong relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and referral sources to increase patient admissions and revenue streams. The Director will lead a team to identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of services. Minimum Qualifications:
