REGIONAL DIRECTOR

What You'll Do

As a Regional Director, you will:
• Provide operational oversight, supervision, and leadership for programs and services within an assigned region to ensure high-quality service delivery and positive outcomes.
• Partner with Program Directors, Clinical Directors, Human Resources, Quality Assurance, and Financial Leadership to support compliance, workforce development, clinical excellence, and financial performance.
• Lead strategic initiatives, organizational change efforts, staff development activities, and recruitment and retention strategies while promoting the organization's mission and values.
• Monitor program quality, regulatory compliance, licensing requirements, audits, corrective action plans, and continuous quality improvement efforts.
• Build relationships with funders, referral sources, government agencies, and community partners while supporting business development, program expansion, and new service implementation.

Qualifications

Required:
• Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field
• Six (6) years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness, addictive disorders, or other life challenges
• Three (3) years of management or Program Director experience within a human services environment
• Excellent communication, writing, organizational, and time management skills
• Current and valid driver's license with the ability to travel to program locations and corporate offices as needed
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required criminal record clearances
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making abilities

Preferred:
• Master's Degree in a Human Services field
• Clinical experience within behavioral health, intellectual/developmental disability services, or related human service programs
• Experience with organizational change management, strategic planning, and quality improvement initiatives
• Experience managing multi-site programs and diverse service lines

Schedule
• Full-Time
• Flexible schedule based on operational needs
• Regular travel to regional programs and corporate offices required
• Availability to support operational and leadership needs as necessary

Physical Requirements
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, twist, and travel between program locations
• Ability to drive a vehicle for business purposes
• Ability to visit residential and community-based program sites as needed
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
