Responsibilities:- Establish new customer accounts by retrieving information for credit applications and determining the creditworthiness of applicants.
- Set up new jobs by verifying bonds and sending out Notice to Owners. Oversee that all projects are kept within the legal limitations of the lien/bond laws.
- Monitor, protect, and manage the company's accounts receivable.
- Contact customers for accounts receivable under balances
- File liens to protect accounts receivable under the assigned regions
- Handle sensitive customer issues
- Process and complete daily lien waivers and releases
- Maintain clean aging by resolving customer adjustments promptly
- Preset collection updates to management on individual customers
- Partner with all lines of business to ensure total customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly collection percentage goals
