Position Summary:A Regional Commercial Title Insurance Manager supervises performance of title insurance sales and growth within a region, typically serving commercial real estate developers, attorneys and agents. This role focuses on growing the business, identifying prospects, teams and talent to grow the commercial title insurance business for Westcor.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor sales associates, and support staff; conduct performance reviews and training.
- Customer Service: Address client concerns and questions, mediating and resolving title issues with Operational Staff
- Financial & Reporting: Monitor budgets, track expenses, and prepare operational and assist in financial reports.
- Modeling and Planning: Develop and implement regional strategies to meet sales and profitability goal
- Collaboration: Work with Westcor leadership, marketing, and other departments to build and grow client relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Experience: Minimum 5-10+ years in title insurance sales, emphasis in leadership and networking in National Commercial Circles
- Knowledge: thorough understanding of title insurance processes, national closing procedures, and commercial real estate transactions.
- Leadership: Strong managerial and title skills, with the ability to lead in a high-pressure environment
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze title processes, identify trends based on current market conditions
Typical Work Environment:Willingness to travel to multiple locations to oversee operations.
