What You'll DoClinical Operations & Leadership- Provide multi-site clinical oversight and support for Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living communities.
- Partner with community leadership teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional resident care and regulatory compliance.
- Support communities through leadership transitions, staffing challenges, clinical performance improvement initiatives, and special projects.
- Serve as a trusted resource and subject matter expert for nursing operations and clinical best practices.
Survey Readiness & Compliance- Conduct mock surveys, regulatory audits, and clinical reviews.
- Lead state survey preparation activities and support communities through survey processes.
- Review plans of correction and monitor implementation of corrective action plans.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Leadership Development & Training- Train, onboard, and mentor newly hired Care Services Administrators, Directors of Nursing, Resident Care Directors, and other clinical leaders.
- Conduct orientation programs and ongoing clinical education.
- Develop leadership capability through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
Clinical Systems & Data Analytics- Analyze clinical, operational, and staffing metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate and interpret reports from electronic medical record systems.
- Monitor staffing effectiveness, quality indicators, reimbursement metrics, and compliance data.
- Utilize data to support decision-making, root cause analysis, and performance improvement initiatives.
Strategic & Operational Partnership- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership on organizational initiatives.
- Assist with new community openings, licensing activities, Medicare certification, and clinical program implementation.
- Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new systems, technologies, and clinical processes.
Required QualificationsEducation & Licensure- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Long-Term Care Administrator or Assisted Living licensure is a plus.
Experience- Five or more years of progressive clinical leadership experience in Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, Post-Acute Care, Assisted Living, or Senior Living.
- Demonstrated regional, corporate, multi-site, or nurse consultant experience supporting multiple communities.
- Extensive experience with state survey preparation, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement.
- Proven success developing and mentoring Directors of Nursing and clinical leadership teams.
Technology & Analytics- Strong working knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
- PointClickCare (PCC) experience strongly preferred.
- Experience pulling and analyzing clinical and operational data, including:
- PBJ Reports
- Staffing Analytics
- Quality Measures
- Clinical Dashboards
- Regulatory and Compliance Reporting
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and reporting tools.

- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time throughout the assigned region.
