Full Job Description
Remote Care Partners/HealthyConnect is seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Officer to build and activate healthcare partnerships from West Palm Beach through Vero Beach and Sebastian, FL. This hybrid position is perfect for a high-energy, aggressive applicant ready to drive growth!

What You'll Do

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Build & maintain a prioritized, multi-channel territory plan & disciplined pipeline with decision -makers, next steps, barriers & realistic opportunity values.
  • Meet with clinical & business leaders, assess patient population, payer mix, staffing, technology, workflow, readiness, and identity best program and operating model.
  • Present the clinical, operational, & financial case.
  • Coordinate proposals & follow-up; and lead qualified opportunities through contracting.
  • Coordinate with HealthyConnect leadership to support and document commitments.
  • Design & activate patient indentification, point-of-care & supplemental enrollment, consent, training, reporting, billing, & escalation workflows.
  • Remain involved through launch and early performance to expand productive partner relationships.
  • Convert relationships into operating programs.
  • Organize field travel geographically
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, documentation & schedules.

Experience and Qualifications
  • Healthcare business development, provider relations, pharmaceutical, payer, practice, post-acute or healthcare services experience with relevant regional contracts strongly valued.
  • Working knowledge of Medicare, reimbursement, patient enrollment, care management, value-based care, remote monitoring, medical billing, or clinical workflow experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to move opportunties through contracting and implementation
  • Strong organizational skills required
  • Bilingual preferred
