  • Oversee maintenance of conveyors, robotics, sortation, automated material-handling systems, and related equipment.
  • Drive preventive and corrective maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
  • Monitor KPIs, work orders, backlog, downtime, and other maintenance metrics.
  • Partner with site leadership, clients, vendors, and maintenance teams to resolve issues and improve operations.
  • Promote a strong safety culture through training, audits, and accountability.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, reliability, and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For:
  • Multi-site maintenance management experience
  • Industrial maintenance leadership experience
  • Experience with conveyors, robotics, automated material handling, sortation, or similar industrial automation
  • 3+ years of people-management experience, including coaching, KPIs, and accountability
  • Either a 4-year degree AND 3 years of people-management experience, OR 5 years of people-management experience in lieu of a 4-year degree
  • Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Ability to travel between multiple assigned sites

If your background is in conveyors, robotics, automated equipment, sortation, or high-volume distribution/fulfillment maintenance, we want to hear from you.
