Carrier Success - Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Carrier Success
About The Role

The Region Manager will oversee operations and execution of their region while leading a team of Carrier Success reps, ensuring that team metrics are met and the Carrier Success strategies are executed effectively. This role is pivotal in driving accountability, providing support, and fostering a culture of excellence within the team. The Region Manager will lead by example, offering guidance and coaching to their team members.

Core Responsibilities

Load Board Management / Offer Manager
  • Responsible for driving offers and accountability on freight in their assigned region
  • Offer Manager action and oversight
  • Owning internal communications with customer teams regarding coverage and rates
  • Proactively monitoring load board build up to drive the right conversations early

Region Performance
  • Monitoring buying, GP, pooling and service metrics for region and understand when to call out necessary adjustments
  • Drive strategic carrier network growth both on region freight to build network density and drive down buying

People Management
  • Monitoring performance metrics of team at a rep level, highlighting performance on a weekly cadence
  • Performance management and coaching conversations at a rep level on a monthly basis
  • Driving engagement and buy in with team to support region performance and carrier strategy initiatives

CompensationThe base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $88,000 per year + variable compensation. This reflects typical earning potential in this role based on market data and individual factors including skill sets, experience, and geographic location. In addition to salary, full-time employees are eligible for an equity package and competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Flock Freight.
