Recruitment Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies that support organizational growth and workforce needs.
- Build talent pipelines and sourcing strategies for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with leaders to provide recruiting guidance, workforce planning support, and hiring best practices.
- Enhance the candidate experience from application through onboarding.
- Oversee recruiting systems, vendor relationships, and process improvements.
- Lead and develop Talent Acquisition team members.
- Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics, trends, and workforce insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Represent AmeriCU in the community, strengthening our employer brand and talent networks.
What You'll Bring- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruiting leadership, workforce planning, or related HR functions.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using data and analytics to improve recruiting outcomes.
- Passion for creating exceptional candidate and employee experiences.
CompensationSalary Range:$75,517 - $94,396 annually. Actual salary will depend on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
Pay Range: $75,517.30 - $94,396.62 per year
