Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate process updates and provide status reports to candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting cycle.
- Manage assessments in alignment with position requirements.
- Schedule and participate in interviews or panel sessions.
- Assess candidate qualifications, prepare, and extend offer letters.
- Maintain up-to-date market knowledge and expertise in various geographical recruitment trends.
- Drive improvements in delivery, quality, diversity, and cost targets for recruiting processes.
Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience or familiarity with hiring in the Financial Services Industry
- Experience with end-to-end recruiting lifecycle
- Advanced communication skills.
- Intermediate negotiation skills.
- Advanced interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate organizational skills.
- Beginner data analysis skills.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
