Recruiting Lead - Leadership Development ProgramsThe Redwoods Program Lead is a strategic operator responsible for overseeing DaVita's Redwoods Leadership Development campus recruiting and summer internship program. As a Program Lead on the team, this role provides an opportunity for individuals looking to expand their impact through broader ownership and executive visibility. You will drive high-impact initiatives with extensive travel, stakeholder exposure, and a strong learning and development focus. While your primary focus will be on early-career and MBA talent strategy, you will also help modernize our recruitment stack by leveraging AI and data reporting to measure the program's success and ROI. We are looking for an ambitious leader who is passionate about talent development and eager to incorporate innovative tech solutions into our workflows.
Core Responsibilities1. Campus Recruiting & Program Execution Support
- Develop and drive targeted campus recruiting strategies, managing relationships with core schools and leading internal school teams to maximize candidate engagement.
- Travel to top universities and key DaVita events to execute on-campus recruiting strategies across top-tier undergraduate and MBA programs, acting as a primary ambassador to identify the right candidate profiles.
- Actively participate in talent evaluation and candidate assessment during campus events and final-round interviews, and evaluate intern performance to make full-time offer decisions.
- Support Denver-based intern programming by coordinating logistics, from executive exposure sessions to organizing final report-out rubrics for managers.
2. Stakeholder & Candidate Experience
- Act as a trusted partner to regional stakeholders (DVPs, RODs) and interviewers, gaining significant executive exposure.
- Prepare and deliver executive readouts on recruiting progress, cohort quality, and overall program health to senior leadership.
- Provide learning and development coaching to managers and interviewers on how to effectively assess and manage early-career talent.
- Manage the overarching candidate journey, ensuring a highly transparent, efficient process from the first screen through Super Day to reduce mid-cycle drop-offs.
- Analyze recruiting data to identify process improvements, and overhaul stakeholder and candidate surveys to be shorter, timelier, and actionable.
3. AI, Technology, Data & Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate, implement, and manage AI-driven recruiting tools and automation to streamline interview scheduling, candidate tracking, and real-time post-interview feedback collection.
- Transition the team away from highly manual administrative work by building interconnected systems across Recruiting, HR, and IT.
- Define what "winning" looks like by setting goals, tracking metrics, and driving towards targets.
- Lead process optimization initiatives across the recruiting lifecycle, standardizing workflows and creating scalable playbooks to improve overall team efficiency.
Success Profile- Stakeholder & Candidate Management: Builds strong relationships with the Redwoods manager team, enterprise leadership, and candidates. Communicates clearly and professionally at all levels.
- Execution Excellence & Operating in Ambiguity: Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Anticipates and resolves logistical challenges, adapting quickly to evolving priorities or last-minute changes.
- Ownership & Accountability: Proactively manages timelines, risks, and follow-ups. Takes full ownership of complex workstreams, identifying and resolving issues with minimal direction.
- Strategic Tech-Adoption: Successfully identifies ROI-positive technology investments and champions the adoption of AI to eliminate bottlenecks.
QualificationsRequired
- Located in Denver, Co.
- 3+ years of experience in program management, HR/Recruiting operations, or campus recruiting.
- Demonstrated experience owning and optimizing technology platforms (ATS, CRM) and reporting/data tools.
- Familiarity with utilizing AI tools to drive process automation, data analysis, or candidate screening.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Willingness to travel for campus recruiting and events.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree.
- Previous experience operating within early-career, MBA, or leadership development programs.
- Experience managing or mentoring junior coordinators/administrators.

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.
The Salary Range for the role is $70,000.00 - $106,000.00 per year.
