What you9ll do:- Manage full-cycle recruiting for CDL drivers, dock workers, and support roles
- Source candidates using job boards, databases, and outbound outreach
- Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews
- Make 30-50 outbound calls and handle 15-20 inbound calls daily
- Track candidates and activity in ATS/HR systems
- Keep pipelines full and hiring managers supported
What we9re looking for:- Strong communication skills and comfort on the phone
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Basic tech skills (Microsoft Office, systems navigation)
- Bonus: experience with Workday, Indeed, Tenstreet
