Qualifications

• Postsecondary diploma or degree in human resources or a related field.
• Working towards a relevant HR designation is preferred.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in human resources is preferred.
• Generalist experience in HRPD is an asset.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, procedures, and relevant legislation.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
• Effective communication skills, able to negotiate and influence outcomes.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities
