JOB SUMMARY
The Recruiter will be a full-cycle Corporate Recruiter to own end-to-end talent acquisition for corporate roles across the organization. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and wants to build and run a modern recruiting engine - not just fill requisitions.
You will partner directly with hiring managers and HR business partners to manage the full recruiting lifecycle - from intake to offer - while also helping to design and implement scalable recruiting processes as the company continues to grow.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate positions across multiple functions and levels, from requisition intake through offer negotiation and close.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, building trusted advisor relationships, and guiding them through a consistent, high-quality hiring process.
- Source, screen, and manage candidate pipelines using a mix of proactive sourcing, referrals, and inbound channels.
- Deliver a strong, consistent candidate experience from first contact through onboarding handoff.
- Build, refine, and implement recruiting processes, workflows, and best practices to support a scalable, repeatable hiring function.
- Leverage the ATS and HRIS to manage requisitions, track pipeline metrics, and maintain accurate, real-time reporting.
- Partner with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and hiring forecasts.
- Stay current on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to advise hiring managers effectively.
- Manage multiple concurrent searches in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or growth-stage environment.
- Demonstrated ability to own the recruiting relationship "cradle to grave" from intake through offer and close - with minimal oversight.
- Strong hands-on experience with an ATS; HRIS experience required, Workday experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record designing or improving recruiting processes, not just executing within an existing one.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills - comfortable advising and pushing back on hiring managers when needed.
- Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, direct sourcing, etc.)
- Ability to manage a high-volume, varied requisition load simultaneously.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and adapting quickly as priorities shift.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.
Salary: $103,300 - $129,125/year
